Return Period

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can assist you.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed for eligible returns.

Refunds may take approximately 5–7 working days to be credited, depending on the payment method and payment provider.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be communicated by our customer support team after the returned product has been received and approved.
